Shipping and Handling

Terms: All shipment are FOB place of shipment. We prepay and add the freight charges to your invoice. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. Backorders do occur and are shipped as received.

Mailorder Parts: Please remember we do not stock OEM parts, they must be ordered in from Honda. This procedure typically takes 48 weekday hours for us to process, pack and ship your order. Most orders need to add 2-3 business days to delivery times.

Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on the size, weight and number of packages in your order. The minimum shipping cost ranges between $9.00 - $15.00 depending on where you are located in the Continential U.S., Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will attempt to notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge prior to shipping.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground in the continental US. Items weighing less than 6 ounces may ship via U.S. Postal Service.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the Continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

International Orders:

Must meet the following criteria: The order must be greater that $150.00 before shipping is added. All part numbers must be provided by the customer. Orders can be submitted at, emailed to or faxed to 219-931-5557 Attention Parts. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks before expecting delivery of your order.


Cancelled Orders

Because most of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we charge your credit card when your order is placed and then order the products we don't have in stock from our supplier. Because our suppliers charge us a 20% restock fee on cancelled orders or returns we must charge a 20% restock fee on any order that has been placed then cancelled. Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list and authorization number with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of the shipment so that no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. No returns of items will be excepted beyond 21 days of the original order date.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid US mail only. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list, and RGA # along with detailed return/exchange instructions.

International Return Instructions:All returns require prior authorization by e-mailing us at All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No returns on items under $30.00 will be approved. Items must be returned within 90 days of the original order date in the original packaging with the labels in tact.

Warranty Items:

Items submitted for warranty must be sent back to Service Honda for inspection. A replacement piece will not be ordered until the inspection is complete. There is a possibility that items sent back for warranty consideration may not be acceptable under American Honda Motor warranty criteria. These items will be rejected and sent back to the customer. All shipping and handling charges for warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Service Honda. No warranties will be authorized on any electrical components.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged on instate orders as required by law.

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
